Return Policy

1. Return Window If you are not completely satisfied with your LifeLink Tracker, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be free from physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of unauthorized physical dismantling. Additionally, flashing custom firmware or altering the device's original software in any way immediately voids this return policy. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the device is returned damaged due to user error, misuse, or software modification.

3. Defective or Damaged Units Every unit is rigorously tested before shipping. However, if your tracker arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at LifeLinkTracker@Gmail.com. To receive a replacement or a refund, the defective unit must be returned to us first. Once we receive and inspect the device to verify the defect, we will promptly process your refund or ship a replacement.

4. Shipping CostsThe customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return (including defective units). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refunded amount. If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Processing Your Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed directly through our store platform, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
