2. Products and Liability LifeLink Tracker LLC manufactures custom electronic tabletop accessories. Our devices contain electronic components and lithium-ion batteries (500mAh). By purchasing, you acknowledge the standard risks associated with electronic devices and lithium-ion batteries. You agree to use the product safely and as intended. LifeLink Tracker LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injury, or property damage arising from the misuse, modification, dismantling, exposure to liquid, or improper charging of our products.

3. Intellectual PropertyMagic: The Gathering is a registered trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. LifeLink Tracker LLC is an independent, third-party manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC or Hasbro, Inc.

4. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
